Karen has been a licensed Realtor since 2003 in the state of Arizona. She moved from Southern California to Lake Havasu City along with her husband, Randy and their son, Scott in 1991. She was a Registered Dental Assistant before becoming a Realtor. With her husband being a builder, she chose to leave dentistry to work with him at their business, Paradise Homes of Havasu, Inc. Her passion is to help clients find a lot to build their dream home on and help with the designing of floor plan, and exterior and interior choices. If her clients are not looking to build, she helps them with finding an existing home that is ready to move into. When her clients are looking to sell their home or vacant land, her expertise will get the job done! She has earned her designated Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and has served on the Lake Havasu Association of Realtors on the Board of Directors. She has been a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors since 2013 and served as an Officer on the Board. She received her certification for At Home with Diversity (AHWD) and continues learning new real estate skills to keep herself updated with the latest market trends.
When Karen isn’t busy with real estate, she loves being with her husband and their 2 yorkies, Jasmine and Logan, enjoying the lake, relaxing in their pool, golfing, spending time with her family and friends, Lake Havasu’s beautiful sunsets and traveling.
