The Lake Havasu Market Report for May 2022 showed home sales down slightly from April, prices rose slightly, and available homes for sale rose dramatically. While prices were up from the previous month, the rise has slowed down a bit from this same time last year. Prices have only increased by 6.4% since the beginning of the year. That may be welcome news for Havasu home buyers.
