Summer means different things to different people. Many people equate Memorial Day weekend to the start of summer. However, the official first day falls on June 21st. That’s just over three weeks away. Mudshark Brewery wants to ring in summer a little early with their Lake Havasu Summer Kickoff and Crab Boil mid-June.

There used to be a time when we had a “tourist season” here in Lake Havasu. Winter was for snowbirds. Two or three weeks in March/April brought spring breakers to our fair city. Then, beginning Memorial Day weekend, our numbers on and off the lake swelled to bursting. Now, however, we see tourists pretty much year-round.
Mudshark Brewery has been a staple on the Lake Havasu pub scene for several decades now. They want to host a party of their own to kick off summer. This includes live music, drink specials, and a crab boil. If you want to just come and enjoy the live music and order something off of their regular menu, just show up. However, if you want to partake in the crab boil, you need to RSVP. They want to make sure that there is enough to go around.
To RSVP, simply call the brewery at (928) 453-9302 as soon as possible. As we stated above, the regular menu will be available (pizza, salads, regular pub fare). Also, for that day only, drink specials include $4 pints and $5 margaritas. The crab boil costs $20 per plate. Make your reservation today.
